A. Cast Iron Siamesed-Bore Blocks
These blocks can be bored to the stock size of 4.25", but are specifically designed to be bored larger. Mopar recommends that you sonic check each block if you approach or exceed the 4.50" bore diameters.

A. CNC-Ported Stage VI Aluminum Cylinder Heads
These unique CNC-ported Stage VI Cylinder Heads feature special machining for longer valves, allowing for a deeper port in the critical short turn area. Port profiles developed by Chapman Racing, these exclusive heads feature state of the art design for maximum flow over the entire lift curve. It is available in two versions: standard port window with a 260 cc intake port or Max Wedge with a 285 cc intake port. Both set the standard in Big Block flow efficiency for their respective port size. The Max Wedge port version out-powered competitive heads of all manufacturers in Popular Hot Rodding Magazine's National Engine Masters Challenge Dyno Competition.

B. Aluminum 383/440 Cylinder Head
This lightweight Big Block Cylinder Head (approx. 25 lbs.) uses stock valves and valve gear including rocker arms. Head outflows the original “906" head on intake and exhaust sides and features an increase of 40 horsepower over stock (cast iron) 383/440 heads. It is designed with a smaller chamber than open chamber CI 383/440 heads. Head uses stock intake manifolds without adapter.

C. Stage VI Aluminum Big Port Cylinder Heads
Designed and developed by Mopar Performance, these Stage VI Aluminum Big Port Cylinder Heads are made from high-strength aluminum and are designed to be completely interchangeable with the stock Big Block cylinder heads. These high-strength, lightweight (40 lbs. lighter per engine set) aluminum heads feature larger intake ports that are rectangular and raised for increased output- 210 cc, raised exhaust ports while maintaining stock header pattern, and a "closed“ combustion chamber of 78 cc with thick 0.450" deck that permits milling. These bare machine heads use stock valve gear and include seats and bronze 3/8" guides. All aluminum heads are quality checked for pressure and hardness.

A. Stage V Wedge Cast Iron Cylinder Heads
Developed by Mopar Performance, this Stage V Cylinder Head is designed to be interchangeable with the stock Big Block Cylinder Heads. They feature heat crossover for improved drivability. Head uses standard Big Block valve gear, gaskets and valve covers, and out-flow "906“ heads on intake and exhaust (stock and mildly modified). Same open combustion chamber as 1968–78 production heads. Head uses 6-bolt valve cover; rocker shaft pedestals cast-in. Uses offset intake rockers.

A. Valve Keepers (Locks)

B. Valve Springs
High-pressure Valve Springs can be used on exhaust and intake valves for all high-performance applications. They feature a shorter fully compressed height and allow for increased valve lift. Springs maintain spring load at higher rpms.

B. Valve Guides
These silicon-bronze alloy Valve Guides are designed for aluminum heads. They must be pressed into the head once it is prepped. To replace guides in aluminum heads requires removal of the old guide and some prep to resize the guide holes. Guide ID must be sized for the valve stem once pressed into the head. Guides can be used to modify, rebuild or repair aluminum heads. Sold individually.
